SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY


RETURNABLE ITEMS GUIDELINE

Unworn & unused items with tags/packaging intact can be exchanged or returned. Items must also be free from scents (examples: perfume, cologne, smoke) and pet hair. The following items are final sale: Helmets, Sale & Clearance items, Pierced Jewelry, Eyewear and Personal Garments, Heated Clothing and Gloves, Batteries and Electrical Parts, Special Order Items

IN STORE PURCHASES

Qualifying returns (see above) may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by receipt.

 ONLINE ORDERS

Please give us a call or email motorclothes@pfafharley.com, referencing your order # and the item(s) you would like to return. Returns will be accepted if we are notified within 14 days of delivery of your order and they are post marked within 30 days of your order. Once we receive the returned items and have inspected them, we will issue a refund, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not currently offer exchanges on online orders, so please place a new order for the items you want to exchange for, to get the size/style you want.

Online orders may be returned using your preference of courier/shipping method, and we suggest paying for tracked packages as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
